Can You Be Sexually Harassed By a 10-Year-Old?

Last night at Sylvan, one of my female students (this was her first time sitting with me) had the worst behavior I have ever seen there.  She was with me for a total of 2 hours.  During that time she several did numerous things to get her way.  It only took me 30 minutes to catch on to her fake innocence.

She was cheating on her lessons by looking at the answers when I turned my back.  She refused to do the lessons that I asked her to do.  She complained that she didn't understand what we meant when we asked her a problem like 6 times 7.  Then five seconds later the answer was magically written down on the paper.

She was batting her eyes and doing everything possible not to have to do work.  She told me that the shirt that I was wearing made me look very handsome.  She put her hand on my arm and rubbed up and down saying that the shirt fabric was really soft.  She tried to reach in my shirt pocket and take something out of there.

At that point, I told her not to touch me.  I had had enough of her sweet, little manipulative act.  It's not what she said that was bad.  It was the way she said it and the way she was acting.  You could tell that she had absolutely no respect for men.  As the girl was leaving, I caught a glimpse of her mother.  Now I didn't talk to her so I can only go by what her mother was wearing.  That pretty much explained everything.

This girl went WAY over the line.  I was seriously debating some type of sexual harassment suit.  But then I thought "How ridiculous would it be for a gay man to say that a 10-year-old girl sexually harassed him?"
