It's That Time of Year Again

Highlights from 2007:
- I've lived in 5 different places: Amsterdam; Monroe, Louisiana; Minden, Louisiana; Shreveport and now DFW.
- I've had 5 different jobs: Tour guide in Amsterdam, Teaching GEE math in Monroe, Math tutor at Sylvan Learning Center, receptionist  at a law firm and now a geometry teacher.
- I've had one relationship that went no where quickly.
- Attended two weddings: [info]lit75248/[info]mikeysan83 and [info]chipleduff/[info]cmmunchkin
- My sister got engaged
- I turned 28... two more years until the big 3-0.

Things to look forward to in 2008
- Spring Break - thinking about an international trip (maybe Istanbul)
- Summer trip - 2 month international trip
- My sister's wedding in August
- My 10 year high school reunion

This past week I've started planning out my summer trip.  I'm totally going crazy about traveling.  I've bought several books and have been going to every travelers website I can find.  I'm in a competition with myself.  Every trip I've got to out do the one before it.   To outdo my last trip, I'm planning on traveling around the world starting with Hawaii and Australia.  It's six months away but I can't wait to go.  I've been loosing sleep because every night I do research or search for airfare.

Most people ask if I'm coming back this time.  Unfortunately I won't be able to stay this time due to my sister's wedding.  But that doesn't mean I won't try to find a way to fly back over there after the wedding.  I'm thinking either an international teaching job or grad school program.  I can't wait to see what's in store for next fall.
